General
- Video cameras/recording devices, bottles, cans, coolers, liquid containers, alchoholic beverages, illegal substances, fireworks, banners, noisemakers, laser pens, and sticks are prohibited. All guests entering the arena are subject to search as permissible by law. Refusal will be grounds to not allow admission.
- Foul language and abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Immediatly notify the nearest usher of any problem. Any unruly or disruptive person may be ejected.
Parking
- Parking lots are open three (3) hours prior to the time the game starts. Vehicles are directed to the lots nearest to the toll plaza from which they enter (subject to availability).
- Circulation between parking lots and roadways is not permitted and parking on area roadways, medians, car lanes, and grass is prohibited. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at owners expense.
- Playing in parking lots and roadways is a saftey hazard and is not permitted. Tailgating vehicles may occupy only one parking space.
- Only follow the directions of the Parking and Traffic Representatives to ensure safe and efficent transportaion.
Seating
- Patrons 12 months and older are required to have a ticket.
- Exit/Re-entry into the arena is not permitted.
- Smoking is prhibited in all areas of the arena, however there is a limited pass out and return at gates B and D between periods only.
- Sit only in assigned seats.
- Retain you ticket stub to allow ushers to verify seat locations.
- During the game, wait until there is a stoppage in play before returning to your seat.
- Standing in the upper walkway or in the seating areas for the physically challenged is not allowed.
Saftey Warning
Be alert! Serious injury can occur from projected, thrown, hit, or hurled hockey pucks, sticks, or other objects people are throwing from the uuper tier. Risk of injury from such objects propelled into the spectators area can occur at any time during the warmup or while the game is in progress. If you are injured, ask the nearest usher for assistance and directions to the arena medical station.
